The Eiffel Tower - Pointillism Style

P6 & P7 created ‘The Eiffel Tower’ using the pointillism style.
Before they began we looked at the artist George Seurat masterpiece of The Eiffel Tower. This artist created the stunning piece of artwork using small, precise dots and paint strokes, which gave an intricate appearance.
So the children decided they could be like George Seurat and create their own masterpieces. They began by drawing The Eiffel Tower using pencil and then using cotton buds they began by adding in the detail using a mixture of colours.
As you can see they turned out magnificently!! 🗼
