Today we had a special visitor in school. Mr Ian Ferguson (Daniel's Granda) came to P1 and brought along some of his little chicks. We got the opportunity to ask lots of questions about caring for the chicks and them growing up. We got to give them a pat and check out their fluffy wings. P1 were so excited to see this. We love welcoming visitors into our classroom to help us learn.
As a thank you to Mr Ferguson each child drew a little chick and we gave this to him to put up in his hen house :)
