Today we welcomed Lesley into P6&7 to start her MEActive Programme organised by Mid & East Antrim Council.
Lesley will deliver a series of lessons incorporating Eat Well to Stay Well and also the Take 5 initiative. Today we heard all about how we should be eating 5 portions of fruit and veg each day and why they are good for you. We finished off the session by going into the hall to take part in some dance which was great fun.
We can't wait until Lesley comes back next Thur.
