We had a special visit from Ella and Hannah’s Granda today to talk to us about his Honeybees. We learned that bees live in a special house called a beehive. Ian told us how the bees drink nectar from the flowers and work very hard to make honey. We got to see a special suit that beekeepers wear to protect them from any bee stings. We even got to keep a jar of honey made by the bees. We can’t wait to try it out at snack time tomorrow. 🐝 🍯
